Additional Product Notes: The faux balcony railing shown measures 60"L x 24"H, has a black powder coated finish. Pricing will vary depending on options chosen. This false balcony style has no forward protruding wall offsets, making it easy to mount within a doorway frame.

Faux balconies will be shipped via LTL (common carrier) on a pallet to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. The carrier will reach out to you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment, and either you or an authorized representative must be available to accept the delivery. Please be aware that pallet disposal will be your responsibility.
