Scrolls along the bottom provide added visual appeal, along with being a wonderful contrast to the slatted design above. This faux balcony can be customized by length and height to add interest and charm to your home's exterior. Mounting hardware is not included. Bottom scrolls are decorative and are not weight bearing. Hooks and Lattice recommends using a licensed contractor for all installations

Faux balconies will be shipped via LTL (common carrier) on a pallet to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. The carrier will reach out to you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment, and either you or an authorized representative must be available to accept the delivery. Please be aware that pallet disposal will be your responsibility.
