Faux balconies will be shipped via LTL (common carrier) on a pallet to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. The carrier will reach out to you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment, and either you or an authorized representative must be available to accept the delivery. Please be aware that pallet disposal will be your responsibility.
